	MAINTENANCE PLAN
	The Full Maintenance Plan covers all mechanical aspects of vehicle maintenance including servicing and repairs. The owner will however continue to be responsible for petrol and top up oil, accident damage and insurance, tyres and wheel alignment, body paint, glass, auto trim, after market accessories and abuse and negligence.
	Claims Procedure
	Claims should be lodged with the Claims Administrator, Motorite Insurance Administrators (Pty) Ltd. On Tel: (011) 259-4800.
	Unitrans Motors in conjunction withthe Automobile Association (AA) have created a unique product designed to enhance the Unitrans Motors Full Maintenance Plan. This Roadside and Medical Assistance programme offers you an exclusive Unitrans Helpline. This helpline will offer one point of contact for the co-ordination of roadside assistance when the vehicle has had an electrical or mechanical breakdown. Help in the event of a medical emergency is also just a phone call away.
	Customers will receive benefits to assist with the cost of towing charges and hotel expenses if the vehicle breaks down more than 100km from their residence.
	Breakdown Procedure
	In the event of a breakdown or medical emergency contact the Unitrans Motors Full Maintenance Plan AA 24 hour helpline on 0861 01 0100 or (011) 799-1624.
	Terms Of Agreement
	Of necessity this document summarises the terms of the agreement and its features and benefits. Full details of the Maintenance Plan, and the exclusions and/or deductions thereunder, are set out in the agreement.
	WHEN YOU COLLECT YOUR VEHICLE AFTER REPAIR, CHECK THAT ALL WORK HAS BEEN PROPERLY COMPLETED. IF NOT SATISFACTORY, DO NOT ACCEPT THE VEHICLE AND ADVISE THE CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR IMMEDIATELY.
